Me and my mother used to always watch this show together before school, never forgetting to sing the intro. Still watch it sometimes when the cravings hit.

Anyone else like the show/know what it is? No teens I know have ever even heard of the show. It's from the 70's but takes place in the late 50's-60's. It's on Logo now and I still watch it with my mother sometimes. Her comments are funny as hell. "Turn on the gays channel so we can watch our show." She's pretty cool with lgbt stuff but her lingo is outdated hahaha

So yeah, you guys into this shit too? Highly recommended if not.

I enjoy watching some old TV shows, but I haven't seen this one. I don't even think I've heard my parents mention it.

Yeah, I've seen it. The one girl is/was married to Rob Reiner, who played Meathead on the All in the Family TV show with Archie Bunker.

Laverne and Shirley was spun off from Happy Days with Ron Howard, the little boy from the Andy Griffith show.

Mom and Dad bought it on DVD and i watched a couple of episodes. sorry just didn't seem very funny to me. maybe because its super old. doing silly stupid things just doesn't seem funny to me.

"I'll hide the $100 bill in this over-due library book that Laverne left on the kitchen table; nobody will ever find it there!".

i heard that back in the olden days, there were only 3-4 TV channels so people didn't have a lot things to watch.
