According to some articles it stops growing in length at 14-15 and in girth at 15-16. However i don't think that should be listened too. Everyone develops at different rates.

It can vary greatly, some people stop at 17, and others stop when they're closing in on 22 years. If you haven't grown much you can still grow later on given you're 17 however it wont hurt to talk with your doctor either as he/she may know much more about this than any of us here on the forum.

Penis (and general body) growth is determined by hormones and genetics, the usual age of body development slowing is around the early twenties, but the penis stops sometime before that from what I've read and experienced. I felt the same way as you but as long as your penis is functional and in the vague realm of average, you're totally fine. If you're gonna trust someone with your intimacy, you had make damn sure they're not the type of person that would put your value as a man in the size of your penis. Why? Because those people haven't earned such valuable emotion. What's more important is to learn to find value in yourself, rather than in factors you can't control. If you're still worried, give yourself time and broaden your sexual horizons, learn other techniques to supplement just using your dick, the right person will thank you for it, and more importantly, you'll thank yourself for it. Independence is a massively underrated quality these days.

It stops when it wants to stop. For some it could stop at 15, for others 25. My guess is it won’t get much bigger, but it really doesn’t matter too much. When someone really cares about you they don’t mind whatever size you are packing

My older brother kept growing until he was about 18. My little brother is six so his is still growing of course. My BF says his was at full length and girth when he was about 17 and a half.

I was pretty small as a kid too...then by 13-14 it grew a bit....But then when I hit 15 I started to fill out (I've been skinny as hell all my life till then)......I got a bit of a lower tummy and some thigh fat which made my penis look even smaller....Now I,m 17...no longer skinny and getting kinda chubby (skinny-fat) with a tiny penis....
My GF (who's known me since I was 13) does not mind and makes fun of it too...

Your penis stops growing when you finish puberty. Exactly when that happens, though, varies from person to person. Everyone develops at a different pace. You may take longer time than your friends or less time than them to finish puberty. But by an average at 16, your body and its parts should be close to your adult size.You need not to be worried and it is better to be satisfied with what you have..

It generally stops around 17-18, however if you started puberty late or slow then it will take longer. I would worry too much however, if anyone is going to judge you on your penis size they probably aren't worth it anyway

I know exactly how you feel, but only time will tell. Everyone finishes puberty at different times, so it could either grow late or not at all. I’m in the same boat as you and I really hope mine grows before puberty stops, but I haven’t seen a noticeable change in my size for a few years, although I did start late in puberty.
