I've had one from my doctor since starting middle school, which would have been age 11. We get them every year during the summer, before the start of the next school year. There's a form the doctor has to fill out, and it's likely that different school districts or other states don't all use the same form. So far it's been like a 5-10 minute exam and they check the basics like height, weight, listen to your heart and lungs, and give your body a head to toe check for anything that would be visible. They also update your shots and at certain ages or going in to a new school like middle school or high school you might have to take a few shots.

In grade school we were checked by the school nurse during the first week or so of each school year and she did basically the same things but those exams were done right at the school.

I'm currently 15 and scheduled for mine in a couple of weeks.

Ive had physicals in grade school and
in high school mainly for sports. Usually
the doctor checks ur heart-blood pressure-
height-weight and ur posture. In ur teens
its mainly heart and for a hernia.

How old were you when you started getting school physicals? I don't remember when I started actually getting school physicals, but the first time I had a school physical IN SCHOOL was in 7th grade.

Did your physicals change as you got older? I remember in the doctor's office, usually he'd quickly stick his hand in my underpants while I was lying on the exam table. But in 7th grade I was standing up and told to pull open my underpants and he stuck his hand inside that way.

What sort of things does your doctor check? Now, I think it's a nurse practitioner. We get blood pressure checked, listen to lungs and heart, look down our throats, and hand in the pants (by a woman!!) checking for hernias. The school physicals are for sports, and there is a whole line of us getting checked.

Where i am schools dont do physicals, nor have i, or do i know anybody who has gone to the doctors to have a physical on a regular basis. I didn't even know it was a thing people did. The last time i had anything of the sort was when i was 2-4

I honestly don’t think I have had a School physical done before. I know I had to have a physical done for my Schout camp and a 500 mile bike ride.

What sort of things does your doctor check? Look in my ears, nose and eyes and, height weight, listen to my heart and to me breathing and pressed all over my body/stomach. Pressed around my pubes, handled my balls and shaft real quick. Didn't have to turn my head and cough or anything.

I don't think anyone has to give a semen sample unless its for an adult doctor for a problem.

Never heard of giving sperm sample during physical for school. As most I have had for sports are guys lined up in underwear, or a few guys naked in a exam room that would be wierd. Not saying it could not happen.
