Question to girls : do you feel when you have your period ? I mean do you feel something like when you have to pee ? Or does it come out without warning ?

Sometimes I feel a trickle, but most of the time there's no signal of the actual bleeding. I do get cramping around my hips beforehand, and that lets me know that the bleeding will start soon.

I agree that there can be some pretty severe cramping that tells me what's going on inside. But for several days before that happens, I am a super bitch. I don't mean to be, but my personality and behavior can change dramatically due to the hormone swings going on.

usually I feel a tiny like cramping or pain in my lower stomach and pain a few days before. I weirdly can pinpoint exactly when I start after I feel the pain

Same here. Except I can't pinpoint.

I haven't cramped yet, and my periods also aren't really regular yet, but I do get a slight "open tap" sensation when my bleeding is heavy. Usually goes away after the first 3 days.

I don't normally feel anything except my tummy sometimes aches a little bit. I've got used to wearing a tampon so I don't really notice it.

Does that make a difference? Do you think there is less to feel with a tampon vs. a pad/towel?

For the first couple of years, mom wouldn't let me use tampons so I didn't have any choice but to use a pad. Pads are annoying at best, but you can't really feel anything when using one. I can def feel the tampon though, it's not a bad feeling, just a very slight pressure enough that I know something's in there. But tampons are so much less messy than pads are, pretty much eliminate the possibility of leaks and stains, and for those reasons tampons are def worth using.

I don't really ever feel anything coming out. My face breaks out like crazy though, and I get cramps. Usually not awful ones though, thank God

i don’t feel anything come out. it’s certainly not like peeing. some people get bad cramps and reacts really bad to it. mine is pretty mild plus Im on birth control so that makes everything easy. I really get only small amounts every time.

It is not like having to pee. There are certainly symptoms of being on your period, as everyone's mentioned, but there's nothing voluntary about it at all except how you manage it (tampons, pads, etc). If you're not using a feminine hygiene product that needs to be inserted (like a tampon or cup), then you might feel trickles of blood, like you might feel blood running from a cut. Any pain comes from cramps, though. There's no vaginal pain.

So basically that means you cant hold on yourself up to the bathroom like when you have to pee ?

That's correct. There's no control over it. It's an involuntary bodily function. You have more control over breathing and blinking.

My therapist said there was a drug that could help me, and it's not an antidepressant . He advised to try Kratom . It relaxes the body and mind. This creates happiness and peace. Because the body is relaxed, it’s not so tense and able to traumatize itself. So the best kratom https://www.420highstreet.org for pain can deal with emotional pain as well as physical. It is totatly organic product so I think it should help you . Lol whats this a ad for weed
