Hi, I'm currently 17 years and 9 months old, I'm 5'8 in height. During my early years around 7-8th grade, as well as freshman year of highschool, I was extremely sleep deprived, I would stay up at night till 3 AM and some days not sleep at all. Now in the present day, I've noticed that my body is not straight, the line down the center of the torso is noticeably asymmetrical, my face is noticeably asymmetrical as well. I also feel like my height isn't at its max potential. Could sleep deprivation during puberty be the cause of this? And is it too late for me to fix this?

If your parents were both around 6 feet tall then it could be possible but unless you didn’t ever even sleep during the Summer then it probably didn’t make really any difference. Other factors also go into height growth like eating well and getting the vitamins and nutrients and exercising and such.

Well we're obviously not doctors but I don't think it would make that sort of difference, if you're worried, go see a doctor though

I don’t think that has anything to do with your symmetry. And lack of sleep during that time is cause of school.

If sleep deprivation had affected your growth I would have expected it to do so symmetrically so I think the cause of the asymetry is something else. Best to consult your doctor.

I don't think it makes a difference but
u should get enough sleep. If u think ur
body is not straight maybe u slouch.
