stitches

Yesterday I was home alone, and my mom trusted me to be alone but I cut too deep and I had to go to the hospital to get stitches..
Now she took everything I normally cut with from me and now I can't cut anymore..
I know it sounds really stupid but I really can't stop cutting.
Does anyone have some advice for me?

Besides biting your arm off, which i don't recommend sorry bad joke.
Maybe try the rubber band trick on your wrist or using ice the pain from either can be a substitute for some people not that i'm trying to encourage it.
Or just try and distract yourself with music or anything you like.
