It's completely normal and you don't have to worry. Had the same problem when I was younger but eventually it went away and now it's not sensitive at all . Try to pull foreskin back more and your head will get used to being exposed naturally. You can retract while showering, for example, letting running water touch it or just during normal day

It’s totally normal for your head to be this sensitive . When I pulled my skin back for the first time (I was 14 or 15 back then I think ) my corona was very delicate and I could barely touch it but over the the years (I’m 18 now) thinks got better :) I think my head desensitized a lot through pulling back to pee, washing and occasionally rubbing against underwear. Now I can easily wash down there without causing any problems and in fact I no longer feel much. Also, I’ve even noticed that the older I am the looser and easier to retract myforeskin becomes. Anyone want to say something about it?

I could NEVER pull my skin back for a whole day and wear clothes. It would be torture to have the head touching a garment.
