I am 13 and I have not had my first kiss, I have hugged girls, but not kissed, at all. I did pull one where I touched a girls butt like a year ago, she didn't care. . . :p
Anyways, is it normal that I haven't had my first kiss?

Relax, you're 14 years old. You have plenty of time to have a first kiss. And it should be with someone for whom you really care, someone really special, not just anyone just for the sake of saying you had your first kiss.

While I have had my first kiss, I know many people my age, and much older, who have not. Theres no need to rush. Like Andrew said above, a first kiss is a special event in ones life, so make it a memory you will want to remember for a long time.
