Yes. You just keep going at it. You can take short breaks of a few seconds to a minute or so, but you just continue on and be careful not to irritate yourself. This is why I love using a vibrator since it's easy to control the pressure and slightly move the contact point if it gets too intense, or needs more intensity. It's going to be different for each person. Maybe some people aren't continuing long enough for the next ones to happen? Sometimes they come pretty quickly and other times it may be 10 minutes or longer till the next one. But it will def happen.

When you say about keeping going, does the sensitivity start to go back to normal after a while? Even when Ive like tried to force myself I cant do it for more than 30 seconds or so...it's not really sore or irritating in the normal sense, I'm probably just chickening out but its just not a nice feeling.
