What's your flaccid/soft penis?

Mine is 5.3" (unless taking a cold shower, then obviously gonna shrink some)

It’s quite clear your lying. Why lie? There’s no way you have shrunk from 19 inches to 10”. And 19” is the size of the world record holder, so why aren’t you in the record book?

Honestly? I can't seem to remember. Only thing I know is that when erect, I'm at 7.0-7.x. Depending on how aroused I am. Flying by that fact, I guess while flaccid, my penis is about 3-4/5 inches.

Soft can be a huge range of growers and showers. Plus temperature, anxiety, exercise and other factors can make it change size frequently. Hard size tends to remain constant
