I've tasted my own cum a couple times before. The reason you feel disgusted is that what seems like a good idea when you're horny may seem really stupid and horrible when you're not. You're no longer in the same mindset with the same goal of getting off no matter how, meaning you're more likely to evaluate the action as a whole and realise that cum is way too salty and has far too much of a weird texture to be a pleasure to eat.
