So what age does the penis really start growing?
For me my penis started growing at age 11.
My penis is almost 5" about 4 3/4 hard.

I started getting my pubic hair right around my birthday and I haven't seen any other changes since then. My penis is the exact same size as it was when I was 11.

I do have some, yeah. And my voice has finally started getting deeper. That really didn't happen until this year.

Yeah I have no armpit hair yet. I don't masturbate much either. I don't think that has anything to do with penis size, though.

I rarely masturbate too, and I didn't start until the last couple of months and I went through puberty just fine, so no, if and how often you masturbate has nothing to do with how puberty turns out for you and it has it no effect on the size of your penis, mine is 4" soft and 6.5" hard, which my understanding is above average.

For me i went from small, to average from when i was a kid to the end of elementary school. My biggest transitions however were middle school. in terms of ages i think that means by 14 or 15 your dick will almost be done growing. being 14 myself i can't really say but i read that the the next phase is late teens or early twenties and that it is usually just a girth expansion.

Mine seemed to be somewhat steady starting at age 10-11 (I was an early bloomer). But I also had several sudden growth spurts within the steady growth. My length slowed down around 16 but thats when I had a growth spurt in girth.

I thought I was starting early at age 11 because my penis was getting longer. But then everything came to a complete stop. I started getting pubic hair just before my birthday in May. But even with that my pubes are almost non existent
