hey all, we know the thread on the 'slit length' recieved overwelming response from almost all the girls here.
Has this not created some sort of curiosity in you to find out the actual measurement of the slit in your down there?.I know everyone is different and it varies from girl to girl.
It is not weird and silly I hope , as we explore something connected with our own body and not something in the Moon.

I did, but you can't really get it right even with a mirror. I ended up asking my big sis to do the measurement and she came up with different numbers than when I measured myself with a mirror. I'm quite surprised at the large differences among just the girls who have posted replies so far and wouldn't have expected that. Does your weight and overall build have a big effect on that part of the body?

Finally she gave that figures .Then i took her measurement which i forgot to mention.

I also think that whether we have protruding labia like mine, or neatly tucked in ones would make quite a difference in the overall anatomy.

Some of them definitely do...but they don't realize that you can tell they added their scrotum into the measurements too...

of course mons pubis and outer labia may not be puffy and flatter in some girls with lower fat.But I have seen many lean girls ( in my friends circle and in the nudist camp I visited ) having slits and only for some girls the slits appear in the lower bottom .

I think it does, but only to show that there is a huge range of sizes for our body parts, and that there is no such thing as normal. It's really interesting to see the differences that have been posted so far.

In this case, would a boy think smaller was better, based on smaller=tighter?

I totally agree with Brigje it's what the "Puberty Forum" is about like comparing how and when we develop as many are not confident to talk about about their body with parents or friends. So this forum can be a source to reassure them that they are "normal" or even advise them to get their issue checked by a doctor or another health professional.

She had a bush at 13. She started growing pubes at 12. I had a bush at 11. I was one of the first ones at school with one. In 6th grade a few of us had bushes and puffy nips and then there were others who didn't start puberty at all. But having a bush helped keep my privates private so it wasn't awful lol
