Sleeping Naked

So I really want to start sleeping naked but I don’t think my parents would be overly accepting of that so I’ve got a plan: start going to bed commando, then go to bed shirtless so I’m only in shorts then eventually go fully naked. Has anyone else done something like this and did it work?

I just started sleeping completely naked. My parents wake me up for school and never said anything about it. Why don't you think your parents would let you? Tons of people sleep that way

Your parents shouldn't ever know you're sleeping naked. It's not like they would pull your covers off to check, and if they do, then that's their problem lol. Sleep naked all you want!

Most of the time I wear a pair of briefs but sometimes I'll peel them off, tuck them under my pillow and sleep nude. In the morning I slip them back on before I walk out of my room. And yes, my parents know that I sometimes sleep nude.

If taking the step by step approach helps you adjust to it l, then that’s fine, but I wouldn’t let what you think your parents might say about a perfectly legal, safe, and healthy act determine your actions. My guess is, as long as you kept your nudity confined to the privacy of your room, they won’t care. But there is only one way to find out.

No reason to do it in stages. What is the point in going commando? It's not the same as naked so it's useless. Why don't you sleep without a shirt now? It's your bad, your room, your body, you shouldn't sleep with a shirt if you don't want to. I haven't slept with a shirt since I was like 9. I just wore underwear to bed starting at like 9. Then like at 13 I went nude and loved it and haven't done anything besides naked ever since. I keep shorts in my sheets in case somethig unusual happens like I sleep in and somebody comes in and wakes me, or sompany comes earlier than I expected, or god forbid a fire happens. Nobody knows that I have been sleeping naked every since night for like 6 years but parents and siblings have come in my room to see sheets not covering me and I was naked but they just thought I was hot that night. So you do have to be prepared for that unless you have a lock on your door. But you don't have to explain yourself, just say that you got hot or uncomfortable and leave it at that.

Yep, kyle2003 is right. Somethings make sense to do in steps, but for something like this, just say fuck it, I’m doing it. When I first started I kept getting hard and jacking off, but eventually it just becomes normal. Although it actually does make jacking off in bed easier if you want to.

If you really wanna try out sleeping naked, no one can stop you. It'll be difficult at first as your body won;t be used to it but soldier through, let yourself get used to the feeling every night and you should get yourself into a familiar, comfortable pattern.

I went from shorts and a shirt to just shorts to fully naked. Not because I was worried about my parents seeing me but because I felt weird when I tried sleeping naked for the first time. I don’t know why your parents wouldn’t allow you to sleep naked but I’d say just go for and see how they react if they find out.

To be honest, the step is still from sleeping with some clothes on to sleeping without clothes on - that's probably the only part they could maybe care about so what's the point in all the steps. Chances are, they aren't going to know you're commando, not going to hugely care if you're shirtless or not so why not just make the jump straight to naked.

I'm not a great contributor here because I was able to just start sleeping naked and my parents never knew, especially since I was homeschooled for a while and they didn't wake me up to go anywhere before I got dressed. Your plan seems solid, though it's a shame you had to formulate it, parents shouldn't even care what you wear to bed, and if they do they should be supportive as long as it's comfortable and you're getting rest.
