Okay, I am thirteen and I am (ONLY) 3.5 when erected. . . I know you will probably say this is normal but everyone else usually says they are about 4 to 5 inches. . . HELP!

You could just be a late bloomer...but then again you're only 13, so you're still in the early stages of puberty.
The adult average is 5-6 inches, and you still have around 10 years of growing left to do, so you really have no reason to worry.

As nice as it would be for everyone to be honest on here you CANNOT go by what other people have said on this site when they claim to be 13 with and have a big penis. I'm not saying it's completely impossible but it's extremely unlikely. Relax. You're totally normal.

I am 13 and barely 3'5" hard. My oldest brother said he was the same and he had a late growth spurt so don't worry. There is plenty of time for us to catch up.

yea pretty much what everyone else says
but if you want to try and aim for a bigger penis when you finish developing then you have to eat healthy and wokout, try to build muscle. it helps down there, plus girls/guys would think you look hot haha

You're only 13, you'll grow. I was only 4" when I turned 13, and then by the end of my 13th year, I was 5". Everyone's different :)

I wouldn't wory about it, and they are actually probably just the same size as you, just trying to make themselves sound cool, and its not your size that firsts attracts people, its your looks and how you carry yourself :)

Dont worry about size at as young as 13, 14! Mine was very small at that time but at 17 I'm 4.5 inches flaccid , 7.5 hard

Growth spurts... I'm 17 and still growing. I don't want to grow anymore though, I fucking hate body hair because of how quick it can grow.
You shouldn't worry about it, it's pointless stress I wouldn't bother with
