I can’t remember the last time we had rain, honestly... it’s been higher than the average here since the middle of June and for us in the UK it’s meant to last until at least the end of the month, maybe..

All I can say is, roll on October. I miss wearing hoodies and actually being able to comfortably sleep at night.

edit: I just went to check my weather app after posting this, and we’re going to have 88F on Thursday... fml... why do us Brits HATE changes in weather, I’m pretty sure we’re always either freezing cold or boiling hot... there’s never a perfect temperature for us :lol:

Oh my god, I am so sorry. I put my AC at a nice 22°C/72°F during the day and at 18°C/64°C at night so my room feels like a freezer. There is no better feeling.

And I couldn't even stay in, because today of all days is when we decided to pour a concrete slab in our yard. :(

Here it's been in the low 90 degrees Fahrenheit but the humidity index has been 83% humidity. I do believe that temperature is a factor but the humidity is what makes us so miserably uncomfortable

When I come home I just take my clothes off and get into my backyard pool in my briefs....afterwards either I'm in the pool or outside soaking wet....to keep cool till evening.

Where I live it's been sunny and mid-20s Celsius temperature for at least a month now, to the point that all the plant life is wilting, the reservoirs are getting dangerously low and my local moor has been burning continuously for at least a week in addition to smaller spontaneous fires all around my town. So yeah, very hot and dry.

We always have our extremely humid mid 90s temperatures with tons of thunderstorms that's what summer is like where I live and nobody complains except for the tourists.
