Foreskin length and sensitivity

Since some guys foreskin length changes during puberty, if you don't have overhang, and your head is exposed, does your head have different sensitivity between the part of your head that is always covered and the part that is exposed? Or is it the same?

My forskin doesn't cover the top of my dick but I can say there is a difference between them. Not much just a little, and I honestly just noticed it now when I checked for a difference.
