Normal. I have a friend who is very religious and I've never seen him naked (doesn't change in locker rooms or for swimming) and he never goes on sleepovers.

We all have curiosity and are naturally competiitive. But it shouldn't be an overwhelming want. I never ever thought about it. But when the opportunity presented itself while changing and showering I made sure to take a one second glance. You should be able to see it during sleepovers while changing. Some guys even are open and just ask to see. Just whatever you do, don't be creepy.
