Its really the symptom of the STI. Both can tell sores or something. I remember I had a non sexual infected mouth sore when I went to the dentist and he joked if I were scared that he could tell if the sore was from an STI then he told me from the looks of it was pretty much the basic stuff anyone has.

Unless you caught a disease from it, I very much doubt it. Obviously if you give someone a bj 5 minutes before, you might smell a bit of cum, but other than that, I can't think of another way they could find out.

No there would be no way anyone could tell if you had oral sex by looking into your mouth. The only way I guess could be if you contracted herpes in your mouth.

I agree with the others. They can't unless you have an oral STI/STD. But I understand you asking. When I was around 12 I was worried that unless I washed all my cum from out of the shower/bath if it got inside my sisters they would get pregnant lol. Also about the same time when I was at the doctor for a physical the doctor told me I had herpes. I immediately got red. Being naked in front of the doctor and my mom didn't get me red, being told I had herpes did haha. But what I didn't know at the time there are forms of herpes that aren't related to sex lol.
