Shirtless around neighbors

I have neighbors that are a few years younger than me and are barely starting puberty. One is a girl and one is a boy and I'm a lot farther into puberty than they are. I hate wearing shirts so I go outside shirtless a lot and if they ring my doorbell I usually answer it without a shirt on. I don't see anything wrong with it, especially since ive seen the boys playing outside shirtless but I dont want their mom to say anything to me or my mom so I was wondering if it's ok to be shirtless around them? I got locked out the other day too and I had to go to their house while I waited for my mom to get home and unlock the door. I had a shirt with me so I put it on but I was also wondering if it was ok to hang out shirtless at their house if I get locked out again or play basketball with them shirtless since its summer and its usually really hot outside so I dont like wearing a shirt

Some people might be a bit uncomfortable with it but if they've seen you often without a shirt I don't see any reason why it be wrong.

Dude, there's nothing wrong for a teen male to be shirtless in the summer time. I can't speak to older guys but I can't imagine someone complaining about that.

I think you are still young so its ok to be shirtless around them. Unless if you are further along and don't feel comfortable being asked things about your developing body I don't see a problem with that.

If that is how you like to be dressed then it should be accepted by others. It's no different than running around in a bathing suit.

I never wore shirts in warm weather around friends or neighbors when I was younger, I was probably 12 before I started to wear one all the time when I was away from home, and I'm a girl. I see no reasons why a boy shouldn't be shirtless in the summer if he wants to.

of neighbors unless U r uncomfortable with ur
body. I would wear a shirt if u have one to put
on if u have to visit a neighbors home. It is the
same that in a lot of places u have to wear a
shirt if u enter a store.

I rarely wear a shirt during the summer at least round my house and neighborhood. I don't see anything wrong with it.

I don;t see an issue but sometimes people can be really prudish about it so if you're really concerned, just ask their mom but otherwise you should be fine.

it's summer, boys of all ages go shirtless, even adult men. me and my friends will go days without a shirt on all over the neighborhood

Don't see the big deal with boys going shirtless. Its a common thing. Girls don't really seem to have that same option though...lol

It's 100% legal for a boy of ANY age tbh shirtless, and imo it's 100% acceptable for a boy of any age to be shirtless. Your house, your rules. If you are playing outside a neighbors house with neighbors kids then not wearing a shirt should be fine. If you go inside a neighbors house it's sort of a grey area. If you sit down inside a friends house without a shirt, I think it's best to put on a shirt if you have one, especially if you're the only one shirtless. But if all the guys are shirtless, and the mom is chill, and the chairs/couches are not super expensive then it's fine to be shirtless. You can always ask the mom or wait for her to tell you to put a shirt on.

For me it depends on who's around when I go shirtless. Like playing basketball with other guys a little older than me. Sometimes I feel like people are staring at my arm pits to see if I have hairs. If I feel like people are creepy then I just put my shirt back on.

I think it’s fine, just as long as you’re not wearing your shorts like a douchebad too. I’m often shirtless, it helps to get a tan in the summer
