You could possibly say it's clean in as much as it isn't contaminated, but it's not something you're necessarily going to like. It won't do you any harm but neither will it do you any good.

I think it may be a case of association in that we're taught early on to regard bodily waste as nasty and cum comes out of our dicks, i.e. where piss comes from. But we should get beyond that kind of thinking. I don't know if it's as much about cleanliness as it often is about taste, texture, and whether or not a guy thinks it's, "gay." (PS, who tf cares? If you want to do it, do it people). I've done it before, out of curiosity or because it's less cleanup.
