if you saw a guy with a boner, knowing he was in puberty and that it is very hard for him to control, how would you react? what would you think?

I'd ignore it, pretend I didn't see it. Pointing it out would just be mean.

I grew up with two brothers and have had the same boyfriend since I was 15 years old. What I've learned and observed (even when my little brother was just a baby) is that erections are simply normal physiology. Additionally, as boys reach puberty, erections are many times involuntary and can be much more embarrassing to the boy than any girl who may notice it. As a society, we need to move away from shaming each other about our bodies and the natural reactions boys have. Equally, girls shouldn't be body shamed either. I love my brothers and my boyfriend very much and have personally witnessed them get boners sans any stimulation what-so-ever. Sometimes, they just can't help it. Erections are the most natural and normal things in the world just like when our nipples get erect. No one should be ashamed of their bodies.

It's not a big deal really. It happens, I don't care.

Def ignore because there's nothing either of you can do about it. Erections at random times and places are a normal and healthy part of being a boy. Girls have similar involuntary responses although they usually aren't quite so obvious, believe me we can tell we are having them.

mostly coz im gay whenever I get a boner with "girl" friends (not in a hay girlfriend hay but friends who are girls). they usually stare more or want to touch it. think they feel better and less guilty coz im gay but its still not ok. i tell them off but they dont seem to listen.

Wow Jordan,
That is so true what your saying. I wish a lot of other girls and immature guys would think the same as you. There are a lot of guys that make fun of other guys when they get boners. I don't get it, I mean they pop boners to, so why make fun of another guy. I see guys with boners and I don't say anything. Why would I. It's natural and your right all guys get them.

I would ignore it and never make fun of a guy for a boner. They can;t help it. In middle school some girls did - so immature and cruel.

I just like that. For example, at my job, there is a guy who sometimes has a huge package of around 13-12 inches. It does not matter if it's fake or not, I like it.

Definitely ignore. You’ll only embarrass both of you if you mention it so best to say nothing.

Hi, you're very sweet for your brothers and friend cos it isn't nice for the boy to give attention to it; it's natural and normal.

And Glasgow is the biggest city of Scotland but Edinburgh is the capital. Why do you like Scotland?

I've never been in Scotland and the rest of the UK. And I live so nearby.

Edinburgh has always been the capital, Glasgow is the biggest city though. A bit like in the USA New York and LA and others have more people than DC but DC is still the capital. Edinburgh is a more historic city, there's loads of old buildings and lots and lots of history. There's a lot less history in Glasgow older than the early 19th Century and in general is a more 'modern' city.

Hope this helps, PM me any time

Could not have said it better. There's not much more embarrassing for a boy than to get an uncontrollable erection, especially nude in front of someone. I've seen my share and I either reassure them it's okay or ignore them

I’m saying this to all the girls out there, you have to understand that boners are almost always accidental, random, and uncontrollable. Sometimes it happens when we see a really cute girl, but it can also happen randomly just from it rubbing against your pants while you’re walking or sitting, since it’ll stay hard with the continuous stimulation. Often times it’s painful being trapped down there, but most of all it’s embarrassing trying to hide it the best you can, especially if you’re wearing sweatpants or something loose like that where it’s really noticeable. I think I can speak for all guys out there that if you do notice it and it obviously looks unintentional, please pretend you didn’t see anything. It would be amazing if we could make it go away but it’s one of those things of a guy’s body that can’t be controlled all the time. It’s at those accidental times that I really wish I didn’t have a penis so I didn’t have to deal with this kind of problem, but girls and guys all have their own unique problems I suppose. Oh well! :/
