Where do you get an enema?

I don't need to know anything other than where do you or the people you know get enemas? Do you go to your doctor? A special licensed pro? Do you do it at home with a kit? Do you do it at home with a DIY setup? I'm just curious. Thanks!

Mom ordered a 3 quart enema kit from Amazon when our old one wore out. We do ours at home. Your doctor might order you to have one for medical reasons as well (in that case the nurse will be giving it if it's done in the office) or if you are having surgery they will do it at the hospital.

There are also specialists called colon hydrotherapists who clean you out with a machine, while it's similar to an enema it's actually much better and more effective. They are considered professionals.

I use a bulb syringe that is meant for your ears.

Here is the guide use, aside from using recommended method. I sanitize the bulb by sucking up rubbing alcohol into it, then I let it dry out before using purified water.

So if you do it at home, you can do it to yourself? Is it hard to do? Do you have to be flexible lol? Is it gross to do to yourself?
