No, it's not weird at all. I even asked my friend one time how big he was and he sent me a picture of it. Not gonna get into that because that's a whole other thing... What you could do to ask him is you could bring up experimentation in a conversation and you could talk to him and see if he's ever wondered about things like that, and more than likely, he has and if you tell him you have, then he'll feel more open about talking to you.

Not really, I want to all of the time (best friend = my crush) even though I have seen it once when it slipped out of his boxers. He was about 3 inches soft and I am about the same. :D
