Mine are a similar color, but the nipple (when soft at least) is noticeably lighter. I'm 5.5" hard and idk exactly soft. Somewhere around 3" I would think.

Some boys say theirs is more pinkish or just white like the rest of their skin. Both some of us have a darker scrotum. I hear guys with Mediterranean genes, or Latino, have a much darker sac. I am part Italian, maybe that is why?
