It depends on what you'd call a mess. I know that sounds strange but I mean if you want to avoid any kind of cleanup at all then your options are much more limited compared to being prepared to do some simple cleanup.

If you don't want any cleanup then you're kind of left with aiming into rags or tissues or doing it in the shower.

If you are ok with simple cleanup then on your stomach/chest, into a sink/wash basin (and wipe round afterwards) onto a hard floor which you then wipe etc. are all possibilities.

Underwear/sheets all wash fine but will show marks before they get washed so that's not very discrete.
