Alright Lads,

So me and this girl have been in touch on snapchat for about a month now, just small talk so far.

I decided to message her today and said "Hey, Do you wanna meet up sometime, call it a date, if you want. I think you're cute"

She screenshotted and replied with "aww"

So i am now just talking to her like i normally do asking her wuu2 and that stuff, i thought id make her aware that i do have feelings for her and that.

Have i taken the right approach as i have never really attempted to ask a girl on a date before, only asked the will you be my gf question and failed.

Meeting with someone online is risky. U could be talking to a 50 year old guy. Before I met someone I would cam with someone (not naked) to make sure they were legit. and ask them to do specific things like wave to make sure i wasn't watching a video. After that I would meet someone in a public place assuming this was legit. I'm not sure u can develop strong feelings for someone online.

Just go ahead and ask if she will date you. Then if she wants to you can talk and figure out what to do. I suggest going out for dinner in a quiet atmosphere where you can talk and get to know each other better.

Don’t mention the feelings part yet that might be too soon. Just go slow.
