As a guy I am not emabarrassed either way. Both are natural. But I'm sorta like you, I'm never ever emabarrassed by it soft but only want specific people to see me hard.

It's good to see so many girls saying it doesn't matter to them. Cuz, for us guys, being erect or not being erect is a VERY visual sign as to whether or not we are sexually aroused. Normal is exactly what the average says it is. I've seen thousands of dicks on nude beaches and resorts too. They are generally average size.

Really big guys can be shy too because of the added attention. My brother doesn't mind home or resorts but nude beaches are the general public and there can be gawkers.
