Recently shaved for the first time and all was going well until I cut my leg at an awkward angle with the blade. It bled a moderate amount and stung a bit but not extremely severe. Eventually, we'll all do it during or after puberty.

What did you do? Kept pressure on the cut until the bleeding lessened.
Additional info: I use a single-blade butterfly (Safety) razor, and it lessens cuts in my opinion.

I used to nick my face shaving a lot. Now i just use hair trimmers with the guard taken off for most days. I use an electric when i want it even closer. I will shave with cream and a raxor for major events like prom and christmas etc. For my pubes i use tge hair trimmers. I gave nicked my balls. Its scary but I've gotten ok at it.

Additional info: It's really not that bad. Unless you go pretty deep, you're fine.

Only place I’ve been nicked before shaving has been my armpits because my non dominant hand sucks Lol. Ran some cold water over and let it close on its own. No biggie

Ive cut myself a few times shaving, it is a really sharp pain and bleeds forever for some reason, I'm terrified to cut my special area so I tend to just trim that but I can only imagine the pain of that

I've never cut myself while shaving ever. Mainly because I barely shave idk.
And heck no I'd only ever trim the special areas.

That's among the reasons I decided that I'm not going to shave anywhere. Leg, armpit, and pubic hair are natural, so is facial hair on boys. In some cultures people shave and in others they don't. I'm going to be different by choosing not to shave anywhere in a culture where most girls and women do.

What did you do?i stopped shaving that day so I would do it again or shave over the cut by accident
Additional info:i actually used to be really dumb and I would take the razor and push it side ways on my skin to lightly cut myself. it burned like HECK. but I'm glad I used a razor instead of an actually blade cause after a while it just burned so bad that I stopped cutting. very small cuts/ scrapes, but man they caused a lot of pain from that soapy cream stuff off of the razor.

Yes I've cut myself a few times when shaving my legs. It's not a big deal though. Most times it doesn't even need a band aid.

Yeah the scariest time ever for me I had on white compression shorts and I shaved my dick and apparently cut myself in a few places and when I woke up in the morning and looked done all I saw was straight bloody underwear shit scared tf out of me

I hate razor burn! I just use a trimmer or scissors on my pubes now, I only shaved a couple times in my life. I think it's overrated I prefer the natural look. I still shave my legs and pits though.
