I just graduated in HS. When checking Instagram or seeing them in person, its obvious that some are hard almost all the time. Why are they hard all the time and I'm not? Since almost all guys jerk off, I don't see how doing so myself could result in not being hard.

BTW, a few wear kinda clingy pants where anyone looking at them could see the outline of their dick head. Given the outline, it seems as if they are circumcised. I'm not. Could any potential tension from a tight cut cause them to be hard most of the time?

I had a friend who was like that. I couldn't help but notice the outline..and later on when we were hiking and took a leak outside..I happened to notice that he was circumcised..so I would say there is most likely some connection there

Despite what you think, I honestly think it's impossible for a person to be hard all the time. It makes no sense. I don't think dicks work that way. I especially don't think blood flow works that way (and that's what a hard on is, blow low). I mean it's actually dangerous. The viagra commercials say if you have a hardon for over 4 hours see a doctor! I tend to almost always have a chub. I am typically over 5 inches soft and it still hangs completely down. I'm 7.5 hard. So I often have bulges in pics but idk if I have ever had a boner in a pic. I mean it's quite possible (maybe even likely) but no way am I hard in every pic I've ever taken. I agree with Harrier that you can't be hard all the time. I know i get random boners a few times a day at school but they tend to go away shortly. It would be extremely uncomfortable and even dangerous if that happened to someone.

If you are hard for more than 4 hours you can do significant damage to your penis. Haven't you seen the Cialis and Viagra commercials that warn that if you have an erection for more than 4 hours seek medical attention immediately. So no guys period can be hard all the time.
