I agree porn is unrealistic. But in this case the OP said he thought most people on video where they cum quietly and dribble. I think the OP is watching people stream or Omegle or watching amateur porn. Because in professional porn they are paid to shoot cum a very far distance almost unrealistically ammounts and distances. You're kinda right. We can orgasm within 10-45 minutes on average after the first orgasm but the refractory period isn't about producing more sperm our sexual organs are just "numb" and irresponsive. Semen is already there, in it's own storage, we just don't dispense all of it within the first ejaculation. Each one decreases in amount after each time, it would take at least 6 hours for most guys in order for our bodies to refill.
