Puberty can last into the low 20's for some people. Nothing we can do but wait and see how ours goes.

Near the end of puberty, you mostly see thickness (girth) gains with your penis. But if you are asking if will it affect your size for being a late bloomer, then no. Your DNA has a certain size already pre-written that your penis will end up being (unless your diet effects it, such as not getting enough nutrition)

Puberty happens at different times for everyone though typically ends around the late teens/early 20s mark. Your dick will grow as large as it's gonna grow, no way to change that.

Low to mid 20's I've heard. I haven't gotten longer since I was 16.5 (maybe a tiny bit but not really noticable). I have noticed that I have gotten much wider when I was 17-18!

I'm now 17 and I'm 2.5'' soft and 3.5 erect. My penis has not grown since like 15.
Yet my body has filled out after being stick skinny all my life (went from 86lbs to 160 in the past 2.5 yrs.+ still gaining)
. So my belly and thicker thighs make my penis smaller than at 15.
