with 32C breasts sometimes I feel like it's harder to breath when I don't wear one to bed.(even though C isn't that big.)

Many days I don't wear one to school, or if I do it's just a stretchy sports bra with no shape to it. Wearing bras excessively actually weakens the tendons that actually are responsible for holding up the breasts. I wear bras, but not all the time and no, it doesn't hurt at all. Some dresses and tops don't permit the wear of bras and why any girl would sleep with one on is beyond me. No worries...you didn't come across as rude.
