Hey.
I am 15 uncut
When I am jerking off sometimes I cap show my whole head. When I show my whole head my foreskin gets stuck in the gap between the head and the rest of the penis. Does this happen to you?

No luckily mine slides back over my head. I can't retract my foreskin and leave it so it stays retracted. It slides back over my head shortly after I let it go.

This can mean a couple different things. If it's forcefully stuck between and you cannot slide it up and it's painful, that is paraphimosis. If it persists for too long it can form an edema and potentially destroy the tissues in your penis (aka it will never work again and be very painful). I've never experienced it so I couldn't tell you a first hand experience way to solve it but I recall reading about a certain method that you could do to push it back it up. You would push the head down with your two thumbs and with the rest of your fingers pull up. You could also try pulling it all the way down and manually guide the edges of the foreskin up and over the head.
Or it could be a much simpler matter of when your so erect (like near climax) your penis doesn't want to revert and that is completely fine. You aren't in any danger and it shouldn't hurt unless you forcefully push it up (which you still can).

It depends, for me yes, but only if I pull my foreskin back too far, but then I can always get it back eventually, sometimes only after my erection has gone

I have never had that happen but, if it does, the best thing is to get your penis soft again as that will make it easier for it to go back to normal. If you're really close to cumming then the fastest way to get soft maybe to carry on a cum and let it go soft afterwards but, if not, then you need to stop touching it and see if it will do soft that way.
If it won't go soft, or even soft the skin won't go back, then you should visit the emergency room immediately as being stuck in that position can restrict the blood flow and cause permanent damage.
