You might want to do a virus scan. From what I'm seeing on the internet, that could be some sort of malware. Especially if pops up repeatedly, that should be a red flag. But try this first - right-click the taskbar and select "Task Manager". Under Processes, find that process, select it, and click "end process." If that doesn't work, virus scan ASAP

Apparently this is due to the Paragon CD-ROM Emulator program, so you might want to uninstal and reinstal the program.
