My problem is whenever I masterbate using lube, and stimulate the glans, I pee, this happens while I'm flacid, or semi-hard. I havent attempted this while erect but assume the result is the same. When I rub the palm of my hand around the glans or just massage it with lubricated hands/while it is lubricated I urinate (By lubrication I mean spit, and hair conditioner, both seperate times lol.) I feel the build up first and then urination, before you ask, this is urine. Not precum, not cum, not precum/cum mixed with urine, its straight urine. I am not and have not ever been sexualy active. I am terrified of this problem persisting because recently me and a close friend of mine both expressed feelings of interest towards each other, and are going to get together soon to discuss it, but she hinted towards the fact shes interested in giving me head, and I'm scared I might piss in her mouth if she persues that interest. Of course I would warn her of this problem before hand but I don't want ot mess this up, Is anyone else experiancing this? Is there that I can do to fix it? The answer I'm looking for is NOT "Wait until you're ready" or "Don't have sex that young." I need a real answer.

I can't think of any reason why this may happen but there is a clear and definite trend, I'd advise just speaking to your doctor about it and seeing if they could tell you what's going on and therefore how to not pee every time. Good luck with the friend thing, I hope it doesn't affect the friendship.

Haven't heard of something like that happening, might consider seeing a doctor

My first thought was it is just watery cum or mixed urine, but if you say it's straight up urine, thats unusual. If you have a full erection, you usually cannot pee or it is very difficult so it may not happen if you have a full erection.

I would suggest maybe trying to empty your bladder before you plan on using lube or whatever seems to trigger the urine. Otherwise a doctor is probably the best option. Good luck.

Well you could always make sure you peed and got everything out before doing anything like that but I don't see why this is happening. Is it a lot of urine or just a little bit?

Are you saying that the only time that this happens is when you use lube? When you do not use lube, then are you all right and do not urinate?

Personally, if you are going to get head from your girlfriend, then you need to be upfront and honest with her about this problem. That way she can be prepared just in case this happens. The most important part of any relationship especially sexual ones is being honest about problems. If she is grossed out by it, then she is so not worth your time. When people have sex or do sex acts they have to be open with each other otherwise when problems happen, then everything goes downhill.

If you are regularly getting urine when you masturbate instead of cum, then you have to talk with a doctor without a doubt. When you get erect and are ready to have an orgasm urine should be shut off. If your body is mixing up urine with cum, then you need to be evaluated to deal with the problem while it is still small.

This would be my advice too. Try to make sure your bladder is completely emptied before attempting any sexual activity. If the problem persists then I think that you need to see a doctor.

Dont mean to necro my own post but the problem persists, I haven't tried it without lube because it's too uncomfortable to rub my glans with no lube what so ever, I'll cum if I just move my shaft up and down, no touching the glans, doesn't matter if lube or not and if I keep going past the urination while stimulating my glans then I'll eventually cum so I don't think that's the case this just really scares me. Spit makes me urinate too so receiving oral is something I may have to avoid. Me and my gf split a long time ago without ever doing anything sexual so I have a while until this issue bites me in my ass

Firstly, don't use hair conditioner as a lube...
Secondly, it's not normal.
Thirdly, go and visit a fucking doctor...

In my opinion your best bet is to be checked out by a doctor to ensure you are all right. In all honesty, you might have a relatively simple problem that could be the case of a leaky valve that can be repaired. Especially if you are new to ejaculating your body just might be getting used to making cum.

When you first started making cum were you always getting urine with it, too?

I haven't hear of this either. I often feel the need to pee AFTER i've cum, but haven't peed while I'm masturbating (with or without lube). Like others have said, maybe it's something to bring up with your family doc? I get it might be an awkward conversation to have, but it'll be better to make sure it isn't a sign of something else.

I discovered this very same thing when I was 11. You're not crazy and this IS real.
The nerve ending right around your piss hole (your urethral opening), if extremely stimulated just like you describe, will make your bladder contract. Your bladder is a muscle, and that's how we pee, by this muscle contracting and pushing out the pee. How you described making this happen is exactly how I used to make it happen. I'd hold my circumcised penis with my left hand with just the glans sticking out of my hand, and then with a soap-and-water-lubricated right hand I'd rub my palm right over my pee hole really hard and fast. And I'd start to piss uncontrollably! So that is what's happening.
Don't worry about blowjobs and sex, because that area is not being stimulated very much at all.
But - sometimes it would irritate the opening to my urethra and then later when I'd pee it would burn! So I would NOT advise doing this intentionally very often, if at all.

That is interesting. It has been proposed that feeling the need to pee after ejaculating is because left over semen is stimulating nerves whose job it is to detect whether there is liquid remaining in the urethra.

Usually, you feel the need to pee because the bladder has reached a certain fill level. The walls of the bladder are muscular and thus the bladder expands as it fills and, like other muscles, the muscular walls have stretch receptors. When the stretch reaches a certain point it signals that it is time to pee.

If this was the only mechanism at work, though, there would be no hysteresis in the system. If you responded to the need to pee as soon as you felt it, practically as soon as you started to pee the need would seem to disappear. If that meant you then stopped again you'd be going pretty often and only peeing a few ml at a time which would be rather inconvenient.

So, the theory I saw proposed was that the feeling of liquid in the urethra was responsible for continuing to feel the need until the flow naturally stopped, i.e. making sure you empty your bladder, not just get it to the point it is no longer feeling full.

It never occurred to me that the same effect might be created by nerve endings that are not actually within the urethra but adjacent to the opening as Scott suggests until he suggested it above. I don't know enough to say how likely that is, i.e. whether the response he describes and what I have been talking about are linked but if they are, another implication is that any amount of hypospadias might amplify the effect.

Hermes, if you have a penis and two hands you can try this yourself. But I'd recommend doing it standing naked in the shower. Also, I bet you wont be able to rub the tip of your penis really rapid (circular motions) with your lubricated open palm for MORE THAN A FEW SECONDS before the feeling gets so intense that you can't take it any longer (and you start to PISS, too!)

I think I'd have to try that with some proper lube. Any idea how long for? Just rubbing pre-cum around the head doesn't seem to have that effect.

this is interesting i don't really know what it is. Maybe the pressure build up just makes you pee. Try to explore it and see where your limits are and you will prob be able to control it. Or you'll just run out of piss lol.

I've heard that there are bladder exercises for those who want to have some more control over their urination.
