Because my soft penis bone pressed is 4.5" but my soft penis non bone pressed is only 3.3". However, despite its circumference of 4.5 ", which would have hinted that it is heavy, it hangs only at an angle of about 30 ° on 1.6" which is only the distance of the distance to which hang my balls. I know that soft size does not matter but it's what people see first. I would like to know if I have a small soft penis or it is its width and the size of my balls that makes it look small.
Does your penis hang lower than you balls?
If yes, is it because you have a big penis (what size) or because you have big balls?

Lol this didn’t sound simple but to answer….
No it doesn’t.
I don’t know if its because my penis curves a little upward or my ballsack skin is tight. I have medium sized balls like one of those large glass marbles.

That's perfectly normal. Remember that it can also depend on the current temperature as well, as hotter temperatures generally make your testicles hang lower, and colder ones make it hang closer too the base of your penis. The width of your testicles shouldn't matter either, as that would also change too.
From my experience, when soft, my penis is either level or shorter than the base of my testicles.

As soon as you started getting into angles that turned it into a not so simple question but the simple answer that the soft size doesn't matter so don't worry about it

Yea don't overthink and just be happy with what you have. Not going to be able to do anything anyway so just realize you are normal and things will be fine.

They way it looks soft doesn't hugely matter since soft sizes can vary hugely depending on temperature, exercise, natural size etc. It's hard size that tends to be more uniform.
