Okay guys, well, the title says it all ( I think ). I'm 14, I weigh 160lbs, and I'm 6'1. I think I have body fat. Is their any quick tips or ways to do some daily thing to lose that body fat?

I heard it is mainly in diet rather than exercise if you just want to lose weight but regular exercise is a great way of maintaining your desired mass
stuff like regular jogs/cycles or cardio exercises burn fat well but there is no point trying if you just want a quick way around it. These things take time and effort

You could try exercising and eating less junk food.

Dude some guys from soccer where at the beginning of the season like you, now they are fit. Dont eat BK and do some sport.

I Exercise everyday Weither its cold outside or not, i love to have a good look and love to have muscles, I think Doing things like going to the gym every 4 days a week Running 10 miles in a week are fun activities to me im physical and i love it! Im sure you could do the same bud!! I have faith in you :) :yes::yes::yes:

Why would you want to lose weight at 160 lbs when your 6'1? Are you sure you aren't "skinny fat"? In which case I'd just advise on getting a proper diet,since the reason why people mostly get "skinny fat" is the cause of their diet.
