Prom Season cover ups

Hi Girls, now that it is prom season what to you use if you have a low cut front or low cut or backless prom dress. I have helped friends going in to my model stuff one girls I gave a backless silicon self sticking bra she really could not go braless. 2, I have given nipple covers and I have used fashion tape. Did you wear anything on your legs. I was able to wear one of my black wide garter belts and black stocking.
What do you use to under your prom dresses?

There is no bra or nipple covers option and the you can add some sticking to the dress or skin. For legs i have pantyhose since the prom here is early spring. Maybe long leggings and heels. Am really not into garter belts.
