Hello
I am uncut and while I am jerking off there is a small piece of skin that stop my foreskin.
I don't like that skin cause it stop my foreskin while I am jerking off, and that disturbes me cause I want the foreskin to pass the head, and it doesnt.
1st question. Does cut people have this?
2nd question. Who can I remove it?

I assume you mean the frenulum. If so everyone has it and you can remove it.

I think you are describing your frenulum. It is a piece of skin put there to do exactly what you said it does stop your foreskin from going any further down to prevent damage to the foreskin. Your frenulum may be attached to your glans a bit higher than some. The next time you are at your doctor ask them if your frenulum is attached higher than normal. That's about all that you can do.

You seem to have a so-called frenulum breve.
1) Some do, most don't
2) consult a urologist. There is either a removal option or you can even keep it. I'm sure a professional can help.

YES. the frenulum. I didn't know the name. How can I remove it.
I think cut guys don't have frenulum... Are you cut or uncut? Do you have frenulum?

(Question not directed at me but I'll still throw in my 2 cents) I'm uncut and have it, most circumcisions remove it but I think there are cases where part or all of it is left intact but idk. I would give your body time to mature as well, the foreskin can become a bit more retractable as puberty goes on (not directly related to the frenulum but still). I don't think there's a simple or cheap way to remove such a sensitive part of the penis but I'm not an expert or a doctor. I think the best thing to do is give your body time.

Some cut guys still have a frenulum. I still have one. I have hard people say that sometimes it isn't removed as it is one of the most sensitive parts.

It is definitely something you should consult your doctor about. None of here can tell you what the true best thing to do is. As I said before don't let them talk you into circumcision unless this thing really hurts or bothers you and it is medically necessary.

I'm uncut and I know what you mean, I do like the thought of not having a frenulum but you can't remove it safely yourself. However, you can remove it with the help of a doctor.

It sounds like the frenulum is causing you problems. And yes you can have it removed and /or get circumcised. I got circumcised a yr ago, it was the right decision for me and almost painless. PM or quote me if you have any questions.

I certainly couldn't come to that conclusion based simply on the description in the original post.

To me the obvious possibilities are the frenelum (most likely) and an adhesion, where the foreskin is still "stuck" to the head in one place (less likely).

I'd look for pictures of those two things and see if anything matches. It neither matches or it is not complete plain then it's time to see the doctor.

On the question of the frenelum resticting the movement I notice with mine it has become tight a bit before the foreskin is fully back. It doesn't prevent me pulling the foreskin back so it is behind the head but a that point the frenelum is tilting the head downwards slighly from its resting position, though that actually seems to be making the hole completely in-line with the shaft rather than pointing very slighly up so I don't think that is a bad thing.

So on that basis I also wonder if this is a red herring, i.e. if something else is restricting the movement of the foreskin even though the frenelum is tight and I also wonder if it will just loosen up with time. Altough by the time I tried pulling mine back it was never so tight as to prevent that, I think it has loosened up since.

If it is just tight, and time alone is not solving it, steroid cream may help and is less invasive that surgery. Here, mild steroid cream is available over the counter but you can get stronger stuff with a prescription from the doctor, which will probably work faster.

That's the frenulum. It is on the bottom side of your penis and part of the glans and attaches to the foreskin. If you are uncircumcised, you will have it. Most circumcised people got it removed. But if you can not get the foreskin over the glans now, keep stretching at it. It is likely not the frenulum's problem.

It’s the Frenlum, called the banjo string by most teens. You can get it removed through a simple day paitent procedure, and it’s possible to remove it yourself, but it’s technically self surgery, so it’s best to leave it to the professionals if you want it removed. The majority of cut guys have it removed as it serves no purpose, but some choose to keep it.
