I know -exactly- what you're talking about, dude.
It's not because you're having too many orgasms, it's because you don't drink enough water; as soon as your muscles respond to your orgasm your leg tries to bend perfectly straight (yet it's anatomically impossible) and if you haven't drank enough water it might result in cruciating pain, spasm, a leg cramp...

I still have these often- call em 'painlocks', like twice a month because i forget to drink water. It's not a medical condition, worry not :)

You mean a slight cramp-like pain in the back part of your leg? I sometimes (quite rarely) get this pain when doing the same thing, I usually have to completely reposition myself for it to stop. I assumed it's just a slight cramp because of how I naturally stretch my legs out and arch my feet during it.

It seems like the rushing blood through your body is causing this and I've heard that it can be prevented by eating more fruit/nuts/beans if you don't already. But I'm not sure entirely what that is as it could be a number of things ranging from a simple trapped nerve to more serious stuff. It's worth checking with a doctor (I know that can be embarrassing), but it probably won't just go away by itself

is it like a charlie horse in your leg? i get those sometimes when i j/o and it hurts something bad. all i can do to get through it is to just breathe it out slowly. i have even tried doing some leg stretches before i do it to see if that helps but it still happens anyway. it could just be the way your muscles contract when you orgasm.
