I need advice on losing weight. Over the past couple of days, getting up out of my chair will cause my heart to race I lose my breath a little.
I am currently 180+ pounds and I am 5 feet and 4 inches, and I am 15 years old. I am scared that I might die of a cardiac problem soon if I don't do anything.
My current lifestyle is I just sit in my room all day, occasionally get snacks then go back up stairs.
I have a form of autism if that is any use to try and help me.
I really am eager to lose weight, but don't really have the resources to do so. Anyone with advice?

Focus on being less sedentary. Even if if means that you get up and walk for 5 minutes every half an hour. If you sleep 8 hours, you're up for 16, 10 mins an hour= 160 minutes- that's almost 3 hours of light exercise!
Once you get used to something like this (doesn't have to be this exactly), you might want to focus more on an exercise routine, but I'd check with your doctor first.
Also, cutting back carbs and meat a little can help as well. Ideally, to lose weight, you'd eat to lose weight (Not STARVE, EAT :) ) and keep your diet relatively healthy.
Due to what you said about your health, I ABSOLUTELY would not start off at anything too strenuous. You might hurt yourself.

I recently lost 35 lbs doing the following:
1. Walk everyday- even if only for a shirt distance at first
2. Eat breakfast- it helps get ur matabalism going in the morning
3. Don't it in between meals-unless u early lunch and/or late supper
4. Avoid carbs- bit eliminate but stick to protein and fruits and vegetables
5. Drink water- no energy drinks, alcoholic beverages or sugary pop
6. Coffee in the morning- no sugar
7. Allow a cheat day or meal- not too often
8. Keep busy- if ur busy ur not thinking about food
Do homework, take classes in a foreign language outside the school is a great way to focus ur attention on something positive.

I've lost 50lbs in the past year from simply changing my diet & exercising lightly.
I used to be 5' 10" 210lbs & now I am 5'10" 160lbs :-)

I agree with Ren, start off lightly and if it feels too strenuous immediately stop, and tone it down a little. You're more likely to keep off the excess weight if you do it slowly.
