Mine is extremely sensitive too, but it's supposed to be sensitive. I don't think it's painful for most guys to have sex just because the head is sensitive. I am a lot more sensitive too but it has gotten more used to things over time. Try retracting your foreskin back for a few minutes a few times a day and try playing with your head gently so that will help you get more used to being exposed and get less sensitive.

This is a common problem with uncircumcised boys. Just try to keep your foreskin retracted whenever you can for short periods of time so that the head is exposed and desensitizes. Though it will take a long time.

This was an issue for me in my younger years, but if you retract the skin and keep it exposed it will be less sensitive. I used to do that when I was around 10-13. now its not a problem
