So recently my BF and I took a nap in the nude. I woke up before he did and was looking at him as he was lying on his back. While he was still sound asleep, I noticed that his balls just kept randomly moving around, up and down in his ball sack. It was amazing to watch but is that normal?
Girls, have you ever witnessed this? Guys, do your balls just naturally move all around in your scrotum? Is it only during your sleep or do they just move around all the time?

Actually they pretty much do it all the time once we start puberty... It caught me off guard because they never mention it in health class or anything, but it doesn't happen until puberty but yeah we cant really feel it unless we are holding our balls. I think it is just to help with circulation down there and temperature regulation cuz our sperm is really sensitive to temperature, like when we are cold they get big and tight and close to our dick, almost to the point that they look directly.attached to our dick... And this also happens when we are about to cum, at least it usually does. Then they tend to hang real low when we are warm

Can you describe the movement in a bit more detail? Sometimes they grow/shrink or get tighter/looser from the body, but moving around in manner that you could watch going back and forth doesn't sound right to me.

I would say that it is a normal thing for the testes to move about. It could be part of the semen making process.

What is happening is due to
circulation of the vein and
artery blood flow through
the balls in the sac. They
also move when u feel a
source of danger like u see
another dude getting hit in
the nutz. Its a responsive
action to something that can b a
cause of pain. Its the circulation
system.

Yeah, mine do, and I've been a little mystified as to why too, though there have been some interesting responses here. I think it's normal, just unconscious like digesting or breathing.
