I don't know that the soft size is really what matters when being "small" because some people are "growers" and may be small soft but quite different when hard. Just saying.

I'm about 2" soft (honestly closer to slightly less), but my hard size is only about 3". So can't really deny that I'm small.

i know its cliché but it doesn't matter. everyone is self conscious about their penis. love it for what it is, and if you ever find a girl or guy that thinks you penis isn't good enough, theyre not good enough for you

At 17 yrs I am 2'' soft and 3.25'' hard...So I'm very small..I actually did not feel it that much when I used to be skinny...Now I've started to put on and my belly and pubic fat , bigger thigh now make my penis look even smaller....This was pointed out to me by my friends who were teasing me..

Mine grew from 3" hard to 6" hard in about 2 months at age 13. So it can grow quickly.
