Hey, what are your least favorite chores that your parents give you?

I don't have many chores other than maintaining my own room, but sometimes I get asked to take out the garbage, specifically the kitchen garbage, and it's the grossest so I hate doing it. I don't mind bringing the bins in from the curb though--so sometimes my brother and I just trade those chores.

I'm sorry but every time you talk about taking out the garbage you write garage...this is just hilarious to picture.

I really hate cleaning the litter box, but it's a chore I accept because I signed on for it when I insisted on adopting the cat. Aside from the typical revulsion, it hurts my back to bend over to clean it.

My twin sister and I do our own laundry and clean our own shared bathroom. We didn't get arraigned that though, we do it by choice. Because of that, we don't have to do anything else. We do cook sometimes as well, but that's more fun than it is a chore.

my least favourite would be cleaning my bathroom. used to be taking out the trash but I got used to it from work. at least at my bathroom it’s me using it like 90% of the time anyway so I don’t mind as much it’s just a bit gross

I used to do every chore in the house when I was a teenager including pulling weeds in the yard, cleaning all the beer cans my mom left the night before and cleaning the toilet. I used to this everyday and it was honestly terrible.

I hated all chores, but since I now live by myself it's good that I got used to them early on. It helps me keep my apartment clean. Still don't like any of them though :D

Definitely cleaning the bathrooms is my least favorite chore, but I totally understand that as part of a family everyone has to do their share of work. I honestly like doing laundry, so being assigned that chore two days a week makes up for the bathroom duty.
I expect thing will change in the fall when my big sis enters college, and I will have even more responsibility around the house.
When both parents work full time and mom often has double shifts, then doing what I can to help out is totally necessary and I frequently do things that I wasn't even assigned to, just so mom or dad won't have to. The other day I cut the entire lawn, actually it was fun riding around on the lawn tractor, and that's something dad usually does.

I don't mind doing my chores, I actually enjoy it for the most part. There is some pride in ownership for me and I like the chores. Our business life gets muddied up between, chores, errands, tasks and work. I can think of errands I don't care for but, for me the more chores I help the family with, the more they can help me with their stuff.
But my puppy wakes up at 5 in the morning and I let my dad take care of her until I get up. I kinda don't like him having to do it but it is what it is. Cleaning dog shit, is my brothers chore and I wouldn't want to do that but we have a lot of land and trails and open area so it doesn't get bad

Mowing the lawn and cleaning the garage and sweeping the driveway and sidewalks in front of the house. In summer it's really hot chores.

I have to do my share of cleaning and cooking etc. And also laundry which is a real pain if it's a school day.

Our family runs a business so most of the chores comes from there and its usually the menial tasks such as folding large cardboard boxes, opening packages (of supplies raw materials etc) etc. I used to love it as kid since I sometimes play fortress when my parents aren’t around but growing up I’d rather do something less repetitive but allegedly the whole boredom thing is to teach me humility.
Edit. Before people say I’m spoiled no it is not just like 10 boxes or something. I’m gonna elaborate but just know this usually takes 2-3 hours and its very exhausting to do. Plus there are cooling chores like using a forklift to stack these unpacked things.

Our front garden bed became infested with clover, and my parents told me to pick it all out. Doesn't sound too bad except that the bed is on a 50-degree-angle hill and, in order to really get the weeds out, you have to get the roots as well. Clover is extremely small, so weeding a square yard of the bed took about 90 minutes. The whole project took me basically the whole weekend

Nothing really. They ask me to take care of my little brother sometimes. Not really the "worst" thing because he is such a calm and quiet boy, it's always so easy to deal with him. I kinda like taking care of him but sometimes I can't do something I really wanted to because it takes up my free time. But that's about it.

I have it pretty lucky. All I have to do is unload the dishwasher, mow, and care for the pets.
