Shineinthedark is right. Shooting is all about how your muscles contract and the amount that you have. It's 100% possible to shoot a small amount of cum if your muscle contractions are timed correctly. The only way for guys that naturally dribble to shoot is to be able to manually control the rhythm of your contractions, but I find it to be less enjoyable that way.

An alternative is to wait a couple of days until there's a buildup so that when you do cum, due to the increase in sexual arousal (due to the buildup) your contractions will be naturally stronger causing it to shoot regardless of whether or not you're controlling it.

It varies for me and the thing that makes the most difference is how long I have been highly aroused before finally cumming. If I get close and back off and keep that up for a decent amount of time then the orgasm is more intense and I'll end up shooting further.

It's when you get to that point of no return before orgasm and then stop. And then repeat a few times. Typically it makes the orgasm and ejaculation bigger and better.
