Experts say that most puberty changes take place in the summer because we get more sleep and we eat better. What changes do you expect will take place with you this summer? For me I expect my voice will deepen more, I will have more pit hair, my pubes will spread to my thighs, and my happy trail will darken. I also expect I will be jacking more and be more horny because I don't have to rush off to school.

I don't really see more puberty changes in the summer verses the winter

Could this be the summer of Cameron's voice finally changing? Stay tuned and find out!

Ugh. I'm just gonna wait patiently and see what happens.

I've noticed in the last 2 weeks my balls have gotten way bigger and it's been 70-80°

I've noticed mine hanging more and looking more prominent, but I don't know if they've actually grown or it's just a product of the change in temperature. lol.

As far as I know, they hang more in hot weather

Well, I've never heard about puberty changes being better on summer, for me I think puberty is almost over, just expect to grow a little bit more in many ways. Apart from that I wouldn't like chest/back hair and that's about it

If it's true I'd like to see my penis get bigger and pubes start to grow

I’m not sure if there’s any correlation. Even less sure there’s causation.

yea I think you grow faster in the summer. I know your hair does. My metabolism also speeds up a lot.

I am 19 and think I am basically all through with puberty. I don't really expect any more changes. It's true about summer. I can remember the summer between 7th and 8th grade. Wow in the fall first gym class it was amazing how much puberty wise everyone had changed including myself. So I think you have a good theory here.

I think the opposite is true....After being skinny all my life last winter I started to gain and put on like 30-40 pounds in 6 or so months...And my pubes and thigh hair too grew...
It was really embarrasing going to beach in summer showing off my round tummy instead of the skinny body I used to have.....All this is because we eat more and exercise less during winter.

Never heard this, but if it is so, I do want my voice to stop cracking and finally change, my penis enlarging both longer and wider, more pubic hair, I hope. And Matt I ghink the masturbation comment is pretty much constant with most guys when they have more time for it.

I am also not convinced that there is any acceleration to changes in the summer. I think it is more likely that when you are away from school for the summer and don't see some of your school friends you become much more aware of how they have changed when you see them again, and they are much more aware of how you have changed. It is much like that aunt who always says "haven't you grown" while your parents never say that because they see you day to day and gradual change isn't as noticable.

Yeah I don't know I its true or not or maybe its cuz we go a couple.months without seeing a lot of the kids in our class, but it seems like a lot of changes happened over the summer, like in grade 6 there was one boy whose voice had changed, but by the time 7th grade came around it was like almost a third of the boys had their voices change, but it didn't seem like that many changed during the year in 7th grade.
