I have never heard of some kind of mental restraint leading to someone getting to orgasm but not ejaculating once they have developed to the point they are making semen. That's not to say it isn't possible, I am just a little sceptical.

Now I could easily imagine that a sudden change of circumstances like sudden loss of privacy or some new found religion could stop you from getting to orgasm because you feel nervous or guilty. There are also some drugs that can stop you getting to orgasm but I think they are generally used by older people. If you are on any medication, check the patient info leaflet for side effects or, if you have lost that, look it up on the net or in a reference (e.g. at your library).

Have you ejaculated semen before or did you have dry orgasms? It might be the progression to being able to ejaculate semen.

You do not ejaculate precum. Precum shows with no ejaculation feeling, only appears from stimulation. If you think you ejaculated precum, it is just extremely clear and thin semen.

If you are orgasming, it is probably cum, but to be safe you can always go and get yourself checked out medically if you are concerned, but semen does normally have different consistencies, and it might just be especially watery rn.

Pre-cum is produced by the bulbo-urethral glands, also known as Cowper's glands. These are at the base of your penis whereas the glands that produce the liquid in cum are further inside. That means if the bulbo-urethral glands produce enough it will make it to the top of your penis and ooze out even before orgasm. Pre-cum is slippery but mostly clear.

Semen (cum) can also be clear when you first start making it but the difference is that cum is usually released at orgasm by muscular contractions so if a liquid makes its appearance at orgasm it is cum, if it oozes out before it is pre-cum. This is a much more reliable way to tell than checking the colour.
