Spot on penis?

I have a red lump on my shaft. It's hard and is a bit sore (only when i touch it). Never had intercourse or done anything sexual with someone else.

It looked like a pimple a few days ago but not anymore.

EDIT #2346 - It's a pimple. Nothing serious unless pimples can cause infections therefore resulting in me having no penis.

EDIT #2347 - Would adding Antibiotic ointment help at all?

FINAL EDIT: Spot isn't sore anymore, it's getting smaller and less red. Hopefully gone tomorrow or after.

I had a white bump there a while back but it didn't hurt. I thought it was an ingrown hair.

It might just be a rash from like chafing. It might go away if you moisturize it maybe. But I would rule out going to the doctor just in case.

I think you should tell your parents you have something going on down there and that you need to see a doctor. It's probably nothing but don't take any chances.

It's only started hurting today. I've had it for a little while and it looked like a pimple. I don't really want to see a doctor but if it's necessary i will.

For me, I pop it. However, it hurts really bad when you pop it on your penis, so if you don't want to experience that, I say leave it alone and let it go away on its own

I have had those before. I would pop it and squeeze the puss out then either clean it with hydrogen peroxide or rubbing alcohol. It may sting a bit but keep it clean and it should go away in a few days.

It stings a bit but you won't hurt that much. You probably should put a band aid on it for a few days. If it gets real red or looks like it might get infected then use some more hydrogen peroxide on it. It should heal pretty fast.

I’ve been having pimples too, just leave it alone and it should go away but it’s so annoying when they’re always there
